Liri Berisha, the wife of Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, shared a personal story about family life and her role as a mother, during an interview on the show "Mes'Dritë" on Vizion Plus.
She focused on the biggest concern that, according to her, every mother has, emphasizing that the health and lives of children are above all else.
" A mother's main concern is health, fate. Then the other things, obviously school, professions, will they be capable in life, will they become the way we want them to be. But what I pray and pray for as a mother, when I want to sleep, is that they have health and life ," she said.
Liri Berisha also spoke about family pride and the values that, according to her, have been inherited across generations.
" They were proud of their surname. Not just the surname of Sali Berisha, but the surname Berisha ," she said, adding that the Berisha family was respected in their province of origin.
In her story, she also emphasized the strong bond with her husband's family: " I, as the bride of that house, was the soul girl of that house ."
