The show Fiks Fare brought the case of a teacher who, according to the school director, has been suspended from his job after he abused a child.
But the suspension came after the teacher complained about the principal for not performing functional duties.
The principal of the school did not notify the ambulance and the institutions about the incident, and suspended the teacher who complained about it. Her claim is that the teacher used violence, but she did not report this anywhere.
The whole event began on November 3 at the "Meleq Gosnishti" school in Patos.
Aleksandër Semanjaku, a teacher in primary education for 45 years, complains on the show Fiks Fare that the director has unjustly suspended him.
"At long recess an 8th grader broke the arm of a 5th grader, I pushed the 8th grader to separate them, I was later charged with assault" , says the teacher.
With tearful eyes he says that he has never abused a child and has never received any reprimand in his profession. But the measure of suspension came because the teacher complained to the school principal, since the latter did not take any measures for the injured student. At least he did not notify the ambulance or any institution.
"As soon as I complained about the principal, she suspended me on the grounds that I violated," says the teacher.
The confrontation between the teacher and the school principal takes place in her office, where the latter sometimes says that you used violence and sometimes you didn't, and after the conversations there is a suspension decision in which it is said that the suspension came because a parent complained.
Meanwhile, in the meeting that the teacher had with the director of the Patos Local Education Office, Zamira Velçani, the latter was clear that the teacher was suspended for revenge by the director. She tells him that his complaint against the director was the pivot of the suspension.
But leaders behave differently when Fiks journalists go. The director of the school, Entela Kënaçi, does not accept that the teacher used violence, she says that she suspended the teacher after seeing the facts, but does not indicate what facts.
She admits that she did not notify any institution about the situation at school.
The director of ZVA-this time is clear, she says I haven't seen the documents and I don't know the situation, so she asks for an official letter, unlike the conversation with the teacher where she blamed the latter for the complaint against the director.
Meanwhile, the director of DRAP, Flutura Meçaj, even though this situation had happened 10 days ago, she did not know that there is a suspended teacher.
