The tense atmosphere outside the Parliament continued even upon the arrival of the head of the PBHRN, Vangjel Dule, who was faced with the reaction of protesters as he entered the plenary session.
As he walked towards the entrance of Parliament, Dule was greeted with shouts and insults from protesters gathered in front of Parliament.
"You thief with glasses," protesters can be heard shouting in the direction of the deputy.
Meanwhile, the situation was accompanied by other incidents, as protesters threw eggs and tomatoes at people entering the Parliament. Among them were not only MPs, but also other people entering the institution's premises.
Footage from the scene also shows a woman who, after being hit with eggs or tomatoes, stopped to clean her stained pants before entering the Parliament building.
