Journalist Blendi Fevziu, speaking about the 2025 parliamentary elections, said that the opposition has little chance of winning the elections.
In an interview for the "Te Paespozuarit" show, Fevziu added that the reason for this is some fundamental mistakes made by the opposition, such as leaving the mandates and boycotting the local elections in 2019.
"The chances that the opposition will come to power do not seem great to me. We should not find the reasons only in the last year. We should share the fact that the elections, the use of money, businesses, and the media power that the government has become normal. Before there was have a balance. The majority has a weight and power that the opposition does not have. The opposition has made fatal mistakes, which will cost more than ten years, leaving the parliament, allowing the majority to make the electoral law as it wants, boycotting the local elections. The PD left its strongholds and then lost them in 2023. The third, the chaos created in the opposition after the expulsion of Berisha, created a problem that cannot be recovered within a day.
The main problem is that Rama does not have the support of more than half of Albanians. The number of dissatisfied people is greater, but they do not vote for the opposition. I don't think there are any surprises among the delegates. SP has included three mayors, Beci, Ervin Demon and Emirjana Sakon. In the Majority, there are ministers and political people. In DP there are people who have been there before ," said Fevziu.
