Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has warned that many employees of the State Police will be arrested, whether they are working or not.
Based on the statement of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who said in the annual report to KLP, that many state police officers are involved in organized crime, Ngjela called this statement true. He adds that Altin Dumani is in charge of the arrests while adding that organized crime does not triumph today if it does not have the police in its bosom.
"This statement warns of arrests. Duman has the arrests in hand. It does not ask whether the arrest has been dismissed or is in operation. What Duman said was true. "Organized crime can't triumph if it doesn't have the police in its midst ," Ngjela emphasized.
The lawyer says because of the financial benefits, the crime has been in the hands of the prime ministers to the policemen. Njela emphasizes that their clientele in the market was the police and the Prosecutor's Office, in function of the enrichment of criminal money.
"Crime has been in the hands of the prime ministers until these, they have been in the hands of crime. They were in financial cooperation. They had turned Albania into their company. Their clientele in the market and the police and the prosecutor's office. They were together in order to enrich themselves. They are millions of dollars.
