The former president of the Partizani club, Paro Laçi, speaking about Sali Berisha's orders while he was president, also showed the orders to eliminate his opponents at that time, Rexhep Meidani and Neritan Ceka in 1996.
Laçi told on "Report TV", why would Rexhep Mejdani be killed in Mamurras?! According to him, Rexhep Mejdani was prepared to take the place of Sali Berisha, while Berisha knew this.

Paro Laci: We did it because Berisha had to stay in power without any other means

Why would Neritan Ceka be killed?! Because he became an opponent at a time when Berisha did not expect Neritan Ceka to be his opponent. Only the great God has saved Neritan Ceka.
