Yesterday, the issue of Vlora judge Hektor Sinanaj with the declaration of wealth and conflict of interest was broadcast. During his work as a lawyer in Vlora, for the years 1992-2000, Hektor Sinanaj declared 170 million old ALL, but Sinanaj, as a lawyer, does not appear as a registered entity.
Likewise, the judge has problems with an apartment donated by his mother, a donated car, without declaring the donor, the income from a billiards, which the judge has declared, this subject, that does not exist in the CKB.
From the ascertainment of the amounts over the years, it appears that about 165 million old lek more have been declared in ILDKPI, compared to the profits from this activity in taxes. Sinanaj is also the owner of a 3-story building in front of the court of Vlora, an object built without a permit, and of dubious land origin.
In this building, the judge rents offices for lawyers and psychologists, whom he "supplies" with work from the court. We tried to rent an office to Hektor Sinanaj, and he "disintegrated", saying that here the rent is also free, because of the work he provides us.
Today we learn that Hektor Sinanaj has resigned from the court of Vlora, after falling on the trail of the video recording. However, SPAK and other justice bodies must act for a judge immersed in evasion and conflict of interest, during the time he exercised his duties./ Tv Klan
