Expert Fatjon Softa has spoken about the use of drugs among young people and not only. He raises the alarm as he states that about 300 million users are counted in EU countries and nearly 500 thousand die.
Softa states that their use starts at a very young age.
"Use has increased, but bandages have also been developed that start at very young ages, but in fact there is no type of measurements. This is a European problem. In all EU countries, somewhere around 300 million are users and almost 500 thousand people die from overdoses ", said Softa for "Vizion Plus".
