The well-known lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the latest political developments. He commented on the decision not to remove the mandate of Sali Berisha's deputy. Njjela said that Berisha wants to escape the criminal process.
"The constitution does not allow it, the constitution says that these people were talking in vain. It is not caught by that law because it has to without reason, it has a reason, the state has banned it", he said.
As for the resolution of DP for unification and technical government, Njela said that the first part has no political value, while for the second part about the right to vote of immigrants, they are right as it is a violation of the Constitution.
Meanwhile, regarding the national protest called by DP on July 11, the lawyer said that he does not do it to come to power, but wants to escape the criminal process.
"Until now you have seen them as they were, voice in the desert. Why do you do it? Sali does not give up, he has that medieval character in politics. There is no politics, but to escape the criminal process. But he cannot escape because SPAK arrested him", he said for "TCH".
