Analyst Fatos Lubonja, speaking about the question of "who releases the SPAK files?", said that the major problem of the Special Prosecution Office should not be what journalists write.
Invited to the "Open" show on News24, Lubonja said that journalists have the right to publish any information they come across, but that they must be selective in what they publish, taking into account only the public interest.
"We are talking about ethics, according to the prosecutor who spoke at the Constitutional Court. The ethics of a journalist depend on it, because they can also bring out things from the private life of an individual. You are welcome to publish it, but I think that what is in the public interest should be published. I don't know if this is SPAK's problem.
"A journalist published a document with a court seal. The problem is whether these should be released, whether they should be investigated or not, even if they are sealed. This is a debateable problem, some files can be released for SPAK's own policies ," said Lubonja.
