Analyst Fatos Lubonja said that there has been talk of sanctions against Kosovo, but nothing has been communicated so far.
During his speech, Lubonja emphasized that Prime Minister Edi Rama should be supportive of Kosovo in the face of tensions created in the north, with Serbia.
He also raised the hypothesis of the project for changing the borders, stressing that this impartiality, which according to him Prime Minister Rama has chosen to maintain, may be related to that project.
" There has been a lot of talk about sanctions and we don't know who the protagonists of the sanctions are. If we take it as true, that Rama has a source, I think that this is not the role of the Albanian prime minister. Even if there are sanctions, he should meet with Kurt, inform him about the resources he has and take measures.
I raise doubts that the EU and the USA will tell Kosovo, obey and do everything so that there is no escalation. In the meantime, Kosovo is being considered as the little brother, or as the little child who needs to stay calm because there is this other one who can create more problems for us. The Albanian Prime Minister, instead of giving support, plays the neutral. And Rama has shown us that he has special skills in intrigue. We have the MC Gonigal case where it was shown that it came from a preparation in Albania. Rama is known to have been with Thaci and supported him, they were also for the division of Kosovo according to a project that has been discussed. Are we dealing with that project? It is a hypothesis that raises. But what I don't understand is why things have to be done this way and not transparently. Who are the experts who made this draft? Why should they be kept a secret?", Lubonja said, among other things, on the show "Open" on News24.
