
Lawyer Alban Duraj, in a connection with Log, explained what is expected to happen after the suspension of the decree of the President of the Republic for the November 9 elections in Tirana.
Duraj said that according to the Constitutional Court's decision, all election activities are suspended.
"This decision must be respected by the CEC and this commission must stop all procedures, so as far as the developments of the elections in Tirana are concerned, all procedures by the CEC are stopped," said lawyer Alban Duraj.
According to him, if the Constitutional Court does not grant Erion Veliaj's appeal, the President of the Republic should issue a new decree.
