The suspension of IPARD funds in agriculture, the journalist: The budget was intended for farmers, but ended up with the "big ones"

Journalist Ola Xama has spoken about the suspension of IPARD funds in agriculture. 

In an interview for the show "Në Shënjestre" she said that the funds were intended for farmers, but did not go to them. According to her, the funds went to "big farmers".

"Why are IPARD funds important? The funds provided by IPARD have been higher than those provided by the state budget. From 2020 until now, support for agriculture has been declining. The news of the suspension of IPARD funds is hard, for a layer that needs them. Why were they suspended? If the funds were for these people... Because according to the data, by crossing the data that we have, the funds were intended, but did not go to them. Or they went to the big farmers.
