The Confederation of Trade Unions of Albania has reacted after the injury of a 34-year-old man in the Bulqiza mine. The young man who worked as a foreman in a private chrome gallery was injured after the collapse of a rock massif in Zone D of the mine.
While wishing a speedy recovery to the 34-year-old, KSSH requests clarification of the incident from the relevant authorities. The response also states that the Labor Inspectorate should increase controls in mines and construction sites.
"Accidents in Bulqiza mines are daily, although many of them are not even reported to the police.
