Lawyer Arben Llangozi has shown a personal case where his client made a difficult decision due to being harassed by a person.

Referring to the most recent case where a 27-year-old woman ended her life after an intimate photo was shared on Tik Tok, Llangozi said that the case he had was even more serious.

According to the lawyer, if the girls want to report a case of harassment or want to tell about a problem, the police are not only not helped but also bullied and harassed by the blue uniforms.

"In the police, if a girl, from a family with traditions, goes before the police, she will be bullied more than she was bullied on social networks. The police do it themselves. They make it worse, while the girl may need support, while she will not find support but will be mistreated. Some time ago, a parent reported to police station number 1 that his daughter has left, and we have some embarrassing messages that the police chiefs saw from the balcony whether a girl was of age or not. Here begins the problem of the solution.

If the Police and the Prosecutor's Office would take extreme measures for these cases, I think Tik Tok would not be such a problem. Tolerance itself and that people do not go to denounce that they do not trust the institutions brings such consequences. As a lawyer, I have also had a case like that of this girl (the 27-year-old who ended her life), it ended in fatality. In the Berat Prosecutor's Office, it was decided not to initiate criminal proceedings, where the level of persecution was much higher than this case. He had opened social networks in her name, shared intimate photos, etc. Despite the fact that it was a persecution, the prosecutor's office did not take measures" , said the lawyer.

The lawyer Kujtim Ibra also spoke about this situation, who said that Tik Tok in Albania should have been closed in time, due to the constant cases of threats and other problems.

" This is a tragic case, a mother with a minor child from behind, where after a cohabitation with a citizen from the Republic of Kosovo was on the verge of divorce, another family drama is created with an orphan child (the 27-year-old who ended life). Problems like Tik Tok and Facebook are very disturbing for the Albanian society.

Tik Tok, in my opinion, should have been closed in time in Albania, since in 80% of cases it is used for blackmail, fines, bullying, even causing cases of suicide. It's not like we get any necessary culture on Tik Tok, except for the derogatory and offensive language, right down to taking pictures, such as Kamza's recent case. We have other cases where in Tik Tok an insult or other situations have degraded to a clash with weapons", he said.
