"The justice collaborator has a very important role because entering groups, criminal organizations, terrorist organizations, which are criminal offenses that may require a justice collaborator, have specifics that make it impossible for investigative bodies and justice bodies to enter their internal structures to understand how they function," said Artur Prenga, Deputy/President of the Elbasan Court.
After reaching an agreement, the prosecution and the penitent sign the Act-Agreement. With one signature, the criminal agrees to reveal everything: names, events, orders, and secrets that could sink an entire criminal empire.

"The person who agrees to become a collaborator of justice enters into an agreement with the prosecutor as the authority responsible for cooperation, the criminal procedure code and the law have set a specific deadline during which the collaborator will give his testimony and specifically it is a 30-day deadline, this was done in order not to delay the cooperation process," said Artur Prenga, Deputy/President of the Elbasan Court. /Inside Story
