"SPAK prosecutors have been threatened. The threat came from organized crime is a concern that we have addressed. At the end of December 2023, we took some steps to change the decision of the CM that qualitatively improved the protection of SPAK prosecutors, but there is a problem as it belongs to the protection of family members.
There is a problem regarding the protection of family members. Prosecutors are protected. For family members, it is a long procedure, you must have evidence, etc. We have ascertained a positive will to provide protection for the prosecutors of the Special Prosecutor's Office", said Dumani.
