The deputy of the Democratic party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, stated that the public has the perception that everything is impeachable, except for the prime minister.
Alibeaj gave these statements to the Laws Commission, where the head of Altin Dumani is present to report.
" Those people who are sitting in those chairs have the right to investigate the government and the governors. SPAK is successful today for one reason, the fact that the public trust in the Special Structure is high", said Alibeaj.
Alibeaj emphasizes that SPAK must set an example that no one is above the law. According to him, there should be no political discrimination in the strikes made by SPAK.
"SPAK should not discriminate politically when striking. Is there a plan for SPAK's activity to be considered non-politically oriented? Justice delayed is justice denied. Therefore, the results of justice should be faster. The public perceives that everyone is hitable, except for the prime minister. I believe that the speed in criminal proceedings, based on evidence, should be such that SPAK sets the example that no one is above the law. There is a finding that SPAK is a political product", stressed Alibeaj.
