Weapons production for Ukraine? The Rama-Zelensky agreement goes to the

The cooperation between Albania and Ukraine has gone to the Parliament for a vote. The agreement signed by Edi Rama and Volodymyr Zelensky in Tirana two months ago now requires the approval of the Assembly in order to begin implementation.

"The parties will develop contacts and military exchanges. They will regularly exchange views and information on their military doctrines and other matters of common military interest."
