Sali Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, spoke to the media today, regarding the postponement of the decision on the appeal for the "house arrest" security measure for the former prime minister.

" The prosecutors took a stand, we talked for 2 and a half hours, they argued for 5 minutes. Yesterday they said he did not appear. Variable attitude. The decision is a serious violation, which constitutes a great responsibility for the judge.
We will wait for the decision tomorrow at 09:00.. The absence of the court makes the prosecutors come as if to a coffee bar. There is no equality of parties in the trial ," said Gjokutaj.
