Lawyer Saimir Vishaj has commented on the arrival of Sali Berisha in SPAK as a triumph of justice, against all-powerful people who have ignored justice for decades.
According to him, the Albanians have won a justice against the persons who reigned against the invincible people.
"It doesn't matter who asked Berisha. We won what no one is invincible. When accusations speak, we must obey. Until yesterday it was a mess.
We have triumphed with a rule of law. This means that neither Rama, nor Berisha, nor Meta can overcome SPAK", said Visha in the show '3D'.
Meanwhile, the Appeal of the Special Court is expected to decide on Thursday morning whether the "house arrest" measures for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will remain in force. His lawyers, Genc Gjokutaj and Sokol Mêngjesi, request a milder measure for the former prime minister who is accused of passive corruption during the privatization of the "Partizani" sports complex.
He is suspected of favoring his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, one of the owners of the land where the sports complex was located, on which a group of buildings were built. Berisha has been under "house arrest" since December 30.
