SPAK head Altin Dumani, after using prosecutor Behar Dibra as a rag for the "hostage" of not only journalist Elton Qyno, puts him under administrative investigation!
The sources say that Dumani has asked the wiretapping office at the general prosecutor's office to verify his conversations and messages with prosecutor Dibra! After suspecting that he may be the person who gave the investigative materials to journalist Qyno!
