Five months after the meeting with Bablok, on May 20, 2017, Alberto Presezzi and Miliad Lopa signed an agreement with the company "Eco Foods Trade" in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, for the export of meat, heads and offal of cattle to Balkan countries outside the EU, with a distributor in Albania.
On April 19, 2021, the Italian Gabriele Longinotti residing in Dubai, administrator of the Mongolian company "Eco Foods Trade", was arrested in Rinas, on the charge that through the activity of importing meat in Albania, with the subsidiary "Gala Sh.pk" headquartered in Tirana and the warehouse in Durrës, had deceived Alberto Presezzi, the boss of the Tirana landfill, by extorting 730 thousand Euros.
He was arrested in Albania, as the place where the crime was committed, for not bringing to Durrës the ordered amount of meat, which he also received from China and Russia, but declared it as meat from Mongolia, while AKU, Customs and ISUV they passed it with safety certificates, production year and fake origin.
The meat was imported to Albania, on behalf of the company "Bruno Presezzi Spa" based in Monza Brianza-Italy, the construction company of Alberto Presezzi from London, represented by partner Miliad Lopa.
The import of meat in Albania, through the Mongolian company "Eco Foods Trade" of the Italian Gabriele Longinotti residing in Dubai, and the company "Bruno Presezzi Spa" of Alberto Presezzi and Miliad Lopa of the Tirana landfill, has started to be done in quantities of 150-200 tons in January 2018, as a test for the reaction of the market and the EU FAO food committee, while in November 2018 the quantities were increased.
We say that the EU control bodies were being tested, after 70% of the amount of meat that entered Albania; the boss of the landfill put it in and put it in with false documents, as if it is fresh meat of Albanian, Montenegrin, Macedonian and Kosovar origin, when in fact it is from Mongolia, China and Russia, refrigerated for 20-25 years.
This fraud was done and is done through the subsidiary "Gala Sh.pk", created in Albania, as a trick to simplify and camouflage this meat import business for Italy, which could not be done by importing directly to Italy, due to the control of EU food standards.
To ensure the introduction of "rotten" and dangerous meat into Italy, through transit with fake stamps and papers in Albania; in the month of June 2019, the company "Brescia City Trade" established in Mongolia and branch in Albania, dealing with advice-calculation of meat documents, owned by Gabriele Longinotti, came into play.
We specify that 30% of the amount of refrigerated meat aged 20-25 years, coming and going from Mongolia, Russia and China, and 100% of the offal of cattle, are sold in the Albanian market; which, in addition to restaurants, markets and sausage companies, is bought in bulk by companies that receive tenders for hospitals, dormitories, prisons, kindergartens and nurseries.
We recall that on October 20, 2023, Alberto Presezzi and Miliad Lopa held a secret meeting at the Seized Assets Agency, to remove from sequestration the Tirana Landfill where they have 60% ownership.
