Journalist and analyst Poli Hoxha has stated that he shares the same position with Prime Minister Rama that the SP gets 100 mandates and the PD some 27 deputies.
In an interview for "Report TV", Hoxha said that Rama's move to include old MPs in the open lists will make it possible to achieve this goal. This is because according to Hoxha, they will work hard to get their mandate.
" Out of 140 deputies, 27 go to PD, the other 13, 100 to Edi Rama. It's not irony. This is reality and Rama says that he has reached this day. I can put MP numbers on paper. In 2021, we have a difference of 40,000 votes, 80,000 invalid. We are going to 2025, in Tirana, where the whole difference between Erion Veliaj and the first on the list is 60,000 from 2023.
