Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu says that the Special Anticorruption Prosecution has favored former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, in connection with the "Partizani" case.
Invited to the show 'Studio Live' on Report TV, Spahiu said that the fact that Berisha and Malltezi are not under prison arrest, but under house arrest, I have the right to think that SPAK is favoring him. According to him, it is illogical for the son-in-law to have a more serious charge than the father-in-law.
"The son-in-law is on a more serious charge than the father-in-law, while the father-in-law was in office. It is not logical that the father-in-law has a lighter charge than the son-in-law. SPAK favors Sali Berisha, it favors him because of the fear of connections that Berisha has, or some kind of political caress, this belongs to another kind of analysis. SPAK has not persecuted him, but has favored him. Any other subject who is accused of passive corruption, is in prison They are not under house arrest, but I have the right to say that SPAK favors Berisha. The fact that they delayed him for 3-4 years shows the fact that Berisha is favored by SPAK two are at home", said Spahiu.
