While commenting on the resignation of constitutional judge Elsa Toska, journalist Lorenc Vangjeli said that an "earthquake" is expected in the justice system very soon.
According to him, it is expected that a file, which he described as terrifying, will be made public, including many names of the judicial system.
Referring to the crackdown on SkyEcc and EncroChat apps, he said there will be many arrests.
" There is a lot of talk in Tirana, in the circles of lawyers and politicians, about the existence of a file of dozens of pages, a terrifying file, which includes the decryption of dozens of Encrochat chats with important human subjects of the new justice system. There is a court decision that this file should not be published, its materials are secret, I don't say I have seen it or not. Of course, I obey the court's decision, despite the fact that I am a journalist and tomorrow I can go against this decision. Maybe somewhere this information has started to turn into a public secret and I'm afraid it will explode somewhere. There are many names, many balances are broken, names of the new justice system ", said Vangjeli.
