Under the guise of "international human solidarity", Prime Minister Edi Rama is making the next move to ensure international political influence in favor of his personal power and rule, using Albanian taxes and law-making and executive institutions.
Information from confidential sources within the Ministry of Finance informs "Pamphlet" that Prime Minister Edi Rama has started a charity show with the Afghan and Ukrainian families that he has brought to Albania on his own initiative, to show human in the eyes of the world.
The government will buy 110 apartments from construction companies, which it will donate for housing to Afghan and Ukrainian families, which Bablok has brought to Albania and housed in oligarchs' hotels in Tirana, Durrës and Shengjin and is giving them Albanian citizenship.
Babloku staged this event as an act of spontaneous charity, supposedly an initiative of the citizens and through them, as support from the local government, ordering the Minister of State for Local Government, Arbjan Mazniku, to make the proposal in "the name of the people".
Following the procedure, Edi Rama has ordered the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, to calculate in the state budget, a special fund of 11 million Euros, which is used for the purchase of the first 110 apartments, which will be donated to 110 Afghan and Ukrainian families in Albania.
Once the fund is ready, the government will authorize the National Housing Authority to carry out the procedures for the purchase of apartments from private companies, as the state authority that has the authority to deal with homeless families.
It is not known from which builders these 110 apartments will be bought: and if they will be bought in Tirana and Durrës, because Babloku will assign their names himself, to buy stock apartments for his friends and clients.
But it is known that the purchase of these apartments with a total value of 11 million Euros is the first phase of free housing for Afghan and Ukrainian families; which will continue with 3 more phases for the purchase of nearly 600 apartments for those families.
