The file of the singer, Luiz Ejlli, who was sentenced to one year in prison at the Court of Fier, has been revealed.
The winner of 'Big Brother VIP Albania 2', a few months before entering the most famous house, forged a notarial deed with false data for Fatmir Avdurramani, for whom the sequestration of assets was requested as it was suspected that they were unjustified income.
The criminal offense for which he was sentenced turns out to have been committed a few months before he entered the most famous house, when Louis Aille's license as a notary was revoked but he continued to keep the seals.
On October 2, 2024, the Court of Fier found Luiz Ejlli guilty, sentencing him to 1 year in prison, while Aburraman was sentenced to 18 months.
It turns out that Abdurramani was previously convicted in Italy for the criminal offense of prostitution, while in 2021 the seizure of assets was signed, while in 2022 his assets were confiscated.
But what has Louis Aille forged?
It is about a notarial document with which Fatmir Avdurramani would justify to the prosecution his income for the year 2008-2015, as if he had borrowed from another person an amount of 210 thousand euros.
With the decision of November 26, 2021, the Court of Fier ordered the seizure of Avdurraman's assets.
"After the sequestration, the citizen Fatmir Avdurramani filed the notarial statement No. 663 Rep. at the Prosecutor's Office. No. 213 Kol, dated 16.12.2015, made before the notary Luiz Ejlli, Tirana Chamber of Notaries, according to which he and his wife Rovena Kasemi have declared that in the period 2008-2015 they took an interest-free loan from the citizen IA in the amount of 151,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) Euros and during the period 2011-2015 the amount of 6 million lek, the latter received for the repayment of a loan' it is stated in the file
How was it discovered?
The prosecution started the verifications. Initially, the verification of the archive of the notary Luiz Ejlli, whose license was revoked, was transferred to the notary VS
It was proven that, with the same date, directory number and collection that this notarial statement held, in the register of former notary Luzi Ejlli and in the archive of notarial acts drawn up by him, in 2015, there is a notarial statement with different parties.
The verification in the archive shows that the notarial statement belonged to another citizen from Burreli who was not related to Fatmir Avdurraman. So a notarial deed that a citizen from Burreli had lent to other citizens who were not related to Fatmir. There were also no notarial actions performed by the citizen Fatmir Avdurramani neither in the previous nor in the following days.
It has also been verified that the type of computer writing used by the notary Luiz Elli is the same in all the acts drawn up by him, but different from the one with which the notarial act submitted by Abdurramani was written.
Luz's license as a notary was revoked but he did not submit the seals
Luiz's license was revoked by Order No. 143, dated 12.03.2021 of the Minister of Justice. When they went to retrieve the documents and the seal in April 2022, he brought the files but did not bring the registers of notarial acts and the wet and dry seal, saying that he would deliver them by April 13, 2022. The delivery of the seals was made on May 2022.
Meanwhile, the signing of the notarial deed for Avdurraman was done in February 2022, i.e. 2 months before he submitted the seals even though his license as a notary was revoked.
"Since his writing and signature and traces of seals in this document are the same as those found in other notarial acts submitted by him to the notary Valbona Sinani, they are not forged, but its content differs from the act with the same extremes that was submitted by him and that is registered in the notarial register kept by him, the indisputable conclusion is reached that this new document in Content was created in cooperation between him and the citizen Fatmir Avdurramani with the aim that this last used to justify the source of your assets subject to property proceedings"
