Analyst Dritan Hila has commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court, which overturned the appeal of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for the measures imposed on him "obligation to appear" and "ban on leaving the country".
Hila said that as far as the election result is concerned, the release or not of Berisha does not spoil anything for Prime Minister Edi Rama.
The analyst described Berisha as the biggest bully of justice while adding that hitting the institutions only loses points for yourself.
"I do not have the ability to comment on the decisions of the GJK nor to interpret them. I can judge it from a political point of view. Berisha doesn't bother Rama either outside or inside. It does not make any difference in the election result. What will Berisha do outside? It means I beat SPAK and now I will beat Rama. It doesn't work that way. I think that this decision does not give Berisha plus points from a political point of view, it is his legal battle. Berisha is the biggest bully of justice. From morning until dinner, he insults justice from the simplest prosecutor to the simplest judge. Hitting these institutions only loses points. The decision of the Constitutional Court is only legal", said Hila for "News 24".
