Several archival documents extracted from the institution of the Authority for Information of Files of the former State Security are published, where there is a voluminous file belonging to Tuk Jakova, who since the period of the Zog Monarchy, was one of the main leaders of the Communist Group of Shkodra.
Sentenced to political imprisonment in the famous trial of 1938, together with Qemal Stafa and Vasil Shanton, participant in the founding meeting of the Albanian Communist Party and member of its Provisional Central Committee, since the founding meeting of November 8, 1941, political commissar of the First Assault Brigade and the First Corps of the National Liberation Army, where from the end of the War, in November 1944 until 1955, he held several high party and state functions and duties, such as: member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Albanian Communist Party, plenipotentiary ambassador of the People's Republic of Albania in Belgrade, President of the Trade Unions of Albania, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister of the Albanian government, headed by Enver Hoxha, etc.
The entire voluminous file (forms and investigations) that is being published for the first time, containing hundreds of unknown documents, in charge of former Lieutenant General Tuk Jakova, ("People's Hero"), which belong to the period 1951-1959, when after the numerous contradictions that he had with Enver Hoxha since the end of the War, in 1951 he was expelled as a member of the Politburo and in 1955, he was also expelled from the Central Committee of the Albanian People's Party, being dismissed from all party and state functions that he had held until that time, he was exiled with his family to the district of Berat, where after working for some time as head of the Carpentry Department in that city, in 1957, he was sentenced to solitary confinement in the Kanina Castle in the Vlora district, where he was arrested in 1958, being sentenced to 20 years in prison, accused of being a "traitor and enemy of the people", until he died in the Tirana Prison hospital in 1959, under mysterious circumstances! What is said in the secret documents (reports, photographs, files, forms, information reports, notes, minutes, surveillance reports, action plans, denunciation letters, etc.) belonging to the period 1955-1959, when he was under constant pursuit and surveillance by the State Security organs, who were the officers of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who were in charge of observing him, and the names and pseudonyms of the Security collaborators, who kept him under strict control?!

REPORT
On Mita Jakova's telephone conversation with Dhora Leka
On 6.3.1957, at 6:00 PM, Mita Jakova had the following telephone conversation with Dhora Leka:
Mita: Has the flu hit there, are you sick, how is your mother, won't she come...?
Dhora: He has the flu, we are not sick, mom is fine, we are sad for you.
Mita: We are fine and there is flu here, Dhora, have you received any news from there…?
Dhora: I just received a note, but they won't let me go to meet.
Mita: Make a note to go to Tirana, Dhora, if you were going to Tirana, it would be good to meet those Party friends (this last phrase, Mita, repeated with intensity 3-4 times, as Dhora couldn't hear him well and finally, Mita, said: never mind, you don't hear him, in fact at first he said: "To meet that friend" and then he turned it around: "With that Party friend").
Mita: Send some news.
Dhora: Mita, he wants to leave, they won't let me go.
Mita: Is your mother upset?
Dhora: No, don't worry, I'll send him there on the 20th.
Mita: Don't send it until the flu stops.
Finally, they said goodbye, promising each other that they would exchange news later, but they did not say by what means.
The line was very noisy and could not be heard well. The Gjirokastra switchboard operator was heard to say to Dhora: "The minutes are up," and Dhora replied: "Okay, I'll pay more."
The conversation was overheard through a third device by Major Kristo Vokos.

In a meeting with Rezid. “Battle – Seoul”
Report dated 20.3.1957
The source reports that around February 16, 1957, in the battalion's car park, where they were cleaning vehicles, he was talking with soldiers Jonuz Ymer and Nimet Baci about the shooting of Dali Ndreu and his wife. Among other things, Jonuzi said: "I am surprised by these bigwigs who are not comfortable, the people give them money that they cannot eat, while these betray them."

R A P O R T
On the 8th Plenum. Before the Plenum was held, says Tuku, the Yugoslav Party sent a letter to the Central Committee of our Party, where it is said that; two lines were crystallizing in our relations: the first line for relations with the Soviet Union and the second line for the breakdown of relations with Yugoslavia, this role for the breakdown of relations, was played by Nako Spiru.
At the Plenum it turned out that at the head of our Party, there was a faction and this is true, since comrade Enver and Nako Spiru talked to each other, but considering this situation, comrade Enver left everything to Nako Spiru, not giving him a long deadline, so he was forced to kill himself. By killing himself, Nakua covered up to comrade Enver the relations he had with Nako, if Koci Xoxe, or the Yugoslavs, wanted, then, they would definitely win, that is why there was no faction.
On the First Congress: At the First Congress, both Tuku and Hulusi say that Enver was isolated, this is not true, but he said this to avoid criticism from the mass of the Party and on the other hand to avoid self-criticism, since in Sh. Enver's report it is said that the political line was right, while the organizational line was crooked and this in order to avoid criticism from the mass of the Party and to avoid self-criticism, in the same way they connect all the activities of Koçi Xoxe to the crimes he committed and the actions of which Sh. Enver was aware, since he was the General Secretary of the Party. Therefore, a deep analysis should be made of this, because it is not appropriate today to blame everything on Koçi Xoxe.
On relations with Yugoslavia: In 1955, signs of improving relations with Yugoslavia appeared, and the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union provided more light to move in this direction. It would be good if, in the absence of the development of good relations with Yugoslavia, Berja and now, and recently Molotov, Kaganovich and Malenkov, played a negative role, while in our Party relations are hindered by the late Mehmet Shehu and Liri Belishova.
They accuse Yugoslavia of not building socialism, of being an agency, and what ruined them the most were the events in Hungary, while the current situation shows that socialism is being built there, that they are not an agency. This is confirmed by the departure of Khrushchev and Tito to Romania, therefore the accusations made against the connection with the Yugoslav Communists by our party are unjust and baseless. Therefore, these relations must be corrected, and this is confirmed by the speech of Zhukov and St. Enver.
In the breakdown of relations, both Tuku and Hulusi say that our party is more to blame. But today they need to be fixed because the situation demands it./ Memorie.al
