The latest SPAK operation in Vlora, which targeted the group led by Inez Hajrulla, is related to a series of serious criminal incidents and clashes between groups in the city. Regarding this issue, journalist Klodiana Lala provided details about the operation.
According to Lala, Inez Hajrulla took over one of the most dangerous criminal groups in Vlora after the murder of Edison Harizaj, who was suspected of having ordered several murders and disappearances of people to take control of the territory.
She emphasized that during the time when the group was led by Harizaj, Hajrulla was not considered a significant figure in the organization, even though he had managed to survive three assassination attempts. The situation changed after he took over the leadership of the group, initiating strong clashes with other criminal groups. According to the journalist, the most severe conflict was with Fatmir Hyseni and his group. Hyseni is internationally wanted and is accused of being a hired killer.
According to Lala, the investigation is considered only the "tip of the iceberg", as the application used by Hajrulla has not yet been fully analyzed. Its clarification is expected to shed light on a series of criminal events that occurred in Vlora.

The official charge is that of the murder of Santiago Malko, Martinaj's right-hand man.
Hajrulla intended to execute Fatmir Hyseni and Armando Sulejmani. Unable to catch these characters, he decided, according to SKY ECC communications, to execute his cousin Gentian Qarri. They targeted Bledar Birçaj. Hajrulla's group had entered the bar, set up cameras and monitored Birçaj's actions. Hajrullaj and Matodoshaj are accused of creating the conditions. Other events are also being investigated, which are suspected to have been ordered by this group. It turns out that Flodian Plaku and a character Menduh Duka, owner of several companies, were involved. As in all groups, police officers have been implicated in this group as well. One was arrested on duty, suspected of informing the group.
"When RENEA entered the effort to arrest Inez Hajrulla, only the 8th floors of the Oslo buildings were searched, as SKY claimed they were staying there. There were armored doors, the houses were monitored with high-resolution cameras and they had communication with each other. The investigation is the tip of the iceberg. His application has not yet been analyzed and this could shed light on a series of events in Vlora ," said Lala.
