Zaim Tafa, known as one of the most influential people in drug trafficking and organized crime in the area of Fier, had his assets seized by SPAK this morning. Zaim Tafa's name was distorted in all possible cases.
This is due to the fact that he was arrested for trafficking an amount of 40 kilograms of heroin, which came from Germany to Albania. According to the file, Zaim Tafa was the recipient of the goods. The judicial process against him went up to the third level of the judiciary, where he was released, as there was no evidence of guilt. GJKKO has established that the assets come from the illegal activity of narcotics trafficking.

II. Confiscation of assets of the entity Zaim Tafa and related persons.
The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 143 dated 10.10.2023, decided to uphold decision no. 03 dated 08.03.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime Organized, related to the confiscation of the assets of Tefta Tafa citizens, subject to Normative Act No. 1, dated 31.01.2020 "On preventive measures in the framework of strengthening the fight against terrorism, organized crime, serious crimes and the consolidation of the security order public", and the persons related to them, as follows:
1. Property of the type "Land + Land", with a total area of 4500 m², of which 3060 m² is "Land" and 1160 m² is "Building", and which is located in Bishanak-Fier, (the exact address of the Grizë property, Patos), in the name of Zaim Rrapush Tafa, property acquired with a sales contract, on which the "Castle" Bar-Restaurant was built;
2. Property of the type "Area", with a total area of 1500 m², which is located in Patos, in the name of Zaim Tafa, property acquired with a sales contract (used for the construction of the building that functions as the "Castle Bar-Restaurant" and its premises), owned by Zaim Tafa;
3. Property, building "Land", with an area of 440m2, with an address in Çukë, in the city of Saranda (declared as a local building and residence, by Zaim Tafa and Tefta Tafa);
4. Property of the "Apartment" type, with an area of 63 m², with address neighborhood no. 4 Sarandë;
5. "BMW X5 30D" type vehicle, white color, purchased with LEASSING, owned by Zaim Tafa;
6. Vehicle type "Audi A4", black color, year of production 2012, owned by Erion Zaim Tafa;
7. "Daimler Chrysler-B200 CDI" type vehicle, owned by EA;.
