Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha lost his Appeal to the Special Migration Appeals Commission in London for the declaration non grata by the United Kingdom in 2022.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", analyst Artan Hoxha has stated that Sali Berisha should not stop the battle to reveal the truth, continuing with the judicial appeal.
" The battle started and has gone to half. I say that this battle should not be interrupted because in the Albanian environment the Albanian argument, from the opponents against Berisha, have divided their minds, but there is also a gray electorate.
So the battle must continue because in the ranks of the British judiciary it is likely that we will learn more truths and perhaps the weighting of the facts in the British judiciary may be different than the weighting of the facts in an administrative commission.
This does not mean that there is any great hope of changing the decision, but it is possible that the weighting will be different. Berisha started a battle and said that he will not file a judicial appeal, but since he started it and has already completed half of the administrative appeal, I can continue with the judicial appeal ," said Hoxha.
