- Lawyer Kara, what will happen with Ilir Meta's files that you also referred to the "CEZ-DIA" case, do you consider justice delayed or not?
To some extent, even with a delay, I consider it, but knowing the file, knowing even more politically Ilir Meta as a person, I think that his statements are the most accurate expression that confirm that he is in a difficult position and that he expects from the moment at the moment a final confrontation with the justice bodies, starting with SPAK and then with others. All his derogatory and threatening rhetoric against SPAK and other members of the process, starting with me as an accuser and those who have testified, he knows better than anyone that his reckoning with the final confrontation with justice will be very close. .
- Will it be very close in your belief or have you had communication?
I have never abused, I have convictions and it is a logical process and I never abuse information because I know this, someone told me this, no. This process will go here and all other actions of this person who is the focus of this process and his entourage. Because we are now hearing that the people around him have been investigated for money laundering. So it is taken seriously. Justice is not only dealing with Meta as a person or his family members, but in fact with his entire political establishment, which in fact for me is a criminal organization. They will continue to be legally a political party or follow or merge and then the responsible persons will answer to the law, those members of a criminal organization. They used their organization and worked in the field of crime so wildly, but the most hypocritical and unacceptable thing is that they did it in the name of law and justice. They have caught the legislative and law-enforcement bodies and are putting us as a population in such positions that all criminal organizations put us, but they may be illegal, these have been done and in legal terms they use the law in favor of their illegality.
- Do you think this was a big machine of corruption?
I think this is huge and that all three parties have room for large parts to emerge as criminal organizations. They should be investigated as major criminal organizations for using the access they had to be legislators or law enforcers. We can also have laws that have arisen in conflicts of interest, and I think that one of the forms of discussion should be how to stop conflicts of interest, but at the same time, that starting point of corruption cannot be stopped, without stopping the procurement and operation with offshore firms. All the offshore firms should be exposed, preferably Albania, which is immersed in corruption, should not allow simple governments to operate in the offshore market as we do not know what money it is. It can be money for corruption, terrorism and traffic crime. I think that there have been legal and sub-legal acts where the minister herself or a group of deputies have structured the offshore firms by making laws in their interests, severely damaging not only the market but also the state treasury. There is a lot of work here, not the parties as subjects, as entities, but it is a part of them that may have the right to mention corruption. I have seen on the screens people who may have weighed the money because they were too lazy to count it and now they are talking to us about corruption.

- You know that one of the politicians used to weigh money with a scale?
Yes Yes. He also initiated laws that were in conflict of interest and I think he is one of the people who operated in offshore companies.
- In the opposition or in the government, a lawyer?
Former member of the government. I think that this kind of process itself is developing as it should. It will perhaps bring a catharsis to all political forces. Whoever endures it, will survive leaving a part of its scum behind, whoever doesn't endure it can go outside the law as a political force, I see that.
-Meanwhile in Parliament, there was talk of an anti-corruption resolution, are these necessary before SPAK's work, which has been quite voluminous?
It is not only about the work of SPAK, it is one of the main topics in Albania, perhaps also the duty of Europe and other allies for this moment in Albania. It is about 33 different fields, which have been analyzed in the analytical process of the 'Screening Process', where we made the application like any job application, there is also an application for Albania's membership, to adapt and implement and collected and fulfilled the criteria of Copenhagen, in the political, administrative and social field.

Por ajo çfarë është e veçanta do të zërë vend në këtë legjislacion dhe vendimet e Gjykatës Europiane. Në këtë pikë mendoj se do të kemi punë dhe me anën e arsimit dhe te persona të cilët merren me përgatitjen e juristëve të ardhëm. Do të kemi një shkundje të gjithë legjislacionit shqiptar në të gjitha fushat. Do të shihet ndërtimi i një tregu për të patur kapacitete ekonomike e nga ana tjetër do të kemi bërjen të vetëdijshëm e të ndërgjegjshëm të gjithë popullsisë që të njohin të drejtat por dhe detyrat e tyre.
-Le të rikthehemi dhe njëherë tek drejtësia. Çfarë po ndodh me dosjet e bujshme të SPAK, është folur për kallëzime të shumta mbi Metën, për çështjen e Berishës, për goditjen e korrupsionit në qeveri e megjithatë shihet se ka dhe vonesa në punën e SPAK-u. Këtë duhet ta marrim si një punë normale të procesit për të kopsitur dosjet apo duhet të ketë një nxitje për më shumë?

They have come for profit, for a short time and always leave a pit on top of another pit. SPAK, on the other hand, while proceeding with the work, is seeing some other evidence where in some places the statute of limitations has passed for some crimes, while for others the statute of limitations for cleaning the products of the criminal offense is longer. List all the people who came to power with their hands in their pockets and turned out to be businessmen or their relatives in a friendly circle.
The first step that was taken and this will continue as it is serious, is that it was struck in a strategic way, selected, very well thought out crime against violence, crime against life, the great phalanx of crime that was the entourage of political corruption . Once this thing is completed, as there will be one or two more steps, a number higher than the first 50, then we will have a sure shot of political corruption. These are steps that come organically, even logically, but they are well thought out. Seeing the dance, which was done in a public and non-public way to the justice bodies, they thought well that the bases of a threat are these phalanxes, but I think we still have work to do. Seizing their assets, they are a very strong weapon of a resistance that makes corruption to face justice. We will definitely go to politics, but when we have removed the protection that crime gives, and a crime that is not very common. But maybe it can be the only one of its kind in Europe.
