The well-known lawyer Edmond Petraj, invited to "Ora e Fundit" said that the questions asked by the opposition in the interpellation with Prime Minister Edi Rama about the "Kurum" case were completely worthless.
He emphasized that Rama went to the Parliament today rather to "play" with the opposition.
"Rama went there more to play with them than to answer the worthless questions they asked," said the lawyer.
He also focused on the recent developments on the investigation file of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex, a file which, in addition to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, has accused his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, businessman Fatmir Bektashi and Xhim Begejan.
The latter is one of the heirs where the towers were built in the former complex.
According to him, Berisha has already put his "shoulders against the wall" after the Special Prosecutor's Office has taken him as a defendant, accusing him of "passive corruption", carried out in collaboration. He added that Berisha risks 4-12 years in prison with this crime.
"Berisha has now put his shoulders against the wall as he is accused of something. He risks 4-12 years in prison, Berisha will be punished. The folder is sewn. He will spend all the stages of the process under house arrest. The preliminary judge has everything in hand," said the lawyer.
