Journalist Arian Çani has stated that the Americans are always the strongest. He added that if Sali Berisha won against Edi Rama in the local elections, the Americans would change their attitude towards him.

In an interview for the show "Now" on Euronews Albania, he emphasized that the Americans are direct and have played the game openly with Albania.

" Americans don't ask how good or how bad you are, how beautiful and how ugly you are, they say who is the strongest at this moment, with whom they will be. If Saliu were to win, the Americans would change their attitude. Americans are straightforward, they play the game openly.
