The show "Stop" on TV Klan is directed to the Gjocaj administrative unit in Peqin, where citizen Enver Elezi complains that he has a problem with his brother, Ilia Elezi. The latter does not allow him to install a dividing wall.
Enver has benefited from the two-story apartment for which he also has a certificate of ownership from his family members who have given him the signature for the old building. Meanwhile, for the land, another brother, Lulzim Elezi, is listed as the head of the family, who has no claim to that land, but simply does not have the income to transfer the property to the notary because 1 million lek is needed for this service.
On this occasion, "Stop" spoke with the head of the Gjocaj unit, Kleant Xhyra, who said that he himself went to their apartments, took measurements and set the markers for the construction of the wall. But apparently, he says, the Elezi brothers have changed their minds.
And since they don't agree, one of the brothers, Ilia Elezi, asks the journalist to watch the wedding tape to understand where the siege was.
Ilia Elezi: Take out the wedding tape!
Journalist: Why do you insist that I see the wedding tape?
Ilia Elezi: He insists that the gentleman who was upstairs, look where he was.
Eventually, the two brothers, Enver and Lulzim Elezi, agree to apply to the Peqin municipality to install a wall.
Lulzim Elezi: I'll help him! Come and help him!
