The official candidates for the High Prosecution Council are announced.
The General Prosecutor's Office has published the official candidates for the KLP. List of names: Afërdita Ndoi, Moisi Duda, Edina Kurti, Edlira Bako, Elsa Miha, Olger Eminaj, Vatë Staka.
NOTIFICATION OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE:
After verifying the fulfillment of the legal conditions of the candidates who have expressed interest in being elected members of the High Council of Prosecution, according to the provisions of Article 105 of Law 115/2016 "On the governing bodies of the justice system", verification that was carried out after the disposal of the information received from the Directorate of the State Information Service and the Authority for Information on Former State Security Documents, the General Prosecutor's Office officially announces the candidacies for the election of 2 (two) prosecutors from among the prosecutors of the prosecution at the court of first instance first and 1 (one) prosecutor from among the prosecutors of the prosecution at the court of appeal of general jurisdiction, as follows:
- Afërdita Ndoi - Prosecutor's Office of the General Jurisdiction Tirana
- Moisi Duda - Prosecutor's Office of the General Jurisdiction Tirana
- Edina Kurti - Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Durrës
- Edlira Bako - Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Elbasan
- Elsa Miha - Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Tirana
- Olger Eminaj - Prosecutor's office at the court of first instance Korçë
- Vatë Staka - Prosecutor's office at the court of first instance Shkodër
Following, based on Article 111 of Law no. 115/2016 "On the governing bodies of the justice system", the Prosecutor General, not later than two months before the end of the mandate of the prosecutor members of the High Council of Prosecution in office, will call the General Assembly of prosecutors of all levels to elect new members of the Council.
