Dulević emphasized that the explosion may have been caused by the spark that may have caused the high-voltage electromagnetic field, which then led to the explosion of the oxygen cylinders.
"The poles were there, the power lines were there. Permission is not granted to build below the 35 kV medium voltage network and even more below the 120 kV high voltage network.
