An unusual event occurred today in Tirana, as Daniel Shima, former Deputy Director General of AKSHI, disappeared without a trace.
The last contact with the family was around 1:30 PM, when Shima told them that he had been detained by the Police and was being held under arrest. However, after verifications, it turns out that there is no official detention or arrest in his name, raising major questions about his fate.
But former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj once spoke about him, saying that he was threatened by Rama.
" Daniel has been threatened. Now those who understand know very well to keep his mouth shut. Daniel has been threatened by the prime minister himself to keep his mouth shut. Let him come out and make jokes, no he said… ," Ahmetaj said in July 2024.
