Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu spoke about the blockage of the Prrenjas-Librazhd axis, as a result of a landslide.
Spahiu says that the Albanian government and its subordinate structures cannot justify the collapse of the road solely as a result of heavy rainfall, as infrastructure works cannot be so delicate.
Spahiu ironized the Albanian government, emphasizing that in the summer they justify fires with high temperatures, while in the winter they justify floods with rainfall.
"It seems completely unprofessional and irresponsible that state officials justify themselves in the summer with the sun and heat when fires break out, and in the winter with the rain. This Albanian government must prepare for natural disasters, alternatives and infrastructure. The whole situation is that we have a state without vision. It is inexcusable that we are emerging from the communist system after 4 decades and Enver Hoxha has built more ports, airports, bridges, etc., compared to the governments of Nano, Meta, Berisha, Rama. State officials must take responsibility, because in 2026 every national axis must have secondary roads. They have become like in the time of Ahmet Zog, when in 1937 there was a Korça-Tirana airline," Spahiu told "Report TV".
