The head of the Magistrate's School, Arben Rakipi, came out in a press conference to justify the scandal with the manipulation that was done yesterday to the winning list of young judges and prosecutors, introducing the children of Gjinjon and ministers or deputies to justice.
Arben Rakipi says that according to his version, the problems with the lists of winners from the first phase are related to technical error and not related to the human aspect.
"The error was technical, we provided another device that made it possible to read the 100-point key as if the first device should have read it. Since the second reading brought almost the same result as the first +4 points, the number of invitees changed, from 79 to 121 due to the verification of the second device.
Students, candidates have submitted their complaints. This prompted us to verify all complaints made. At the end of the review, it turned out that there are 10 more winners besides the first 121 and the final list was announced yesterday with 131 winning candidates who today are developing the second phase of evaluation. The defect is technical. It has nothing to do with the human element.” he said.
He further added that the winners were in a much smaller number than any other time.
"The second element was the rather low points of the list, we had candidates, from 2 points. It was easily ascertained that the calculation of points was done on the basis of 96 in total and not of 100 points. It is a problem that I have found myself and I have ordered that the verifications be made and how the errors will be recovered. The error was technical. We provided another device which made it possible to read the 100 point test as the first device should have read. In this way, the number of winners also changed. It went to 121, which due to the verification came out as winners", he said.
Yesterday there was a real scandal at the Magistrate's Office, as it was initially declared that the device controlling the tests was broken. Then the tests were reviewed and 42 more names came out. According to the data, 79 names have received 63 to 86 points. But, 24 hours later when the official list was announced, it turned out that there were no longer 79 winners, but 121.
The second phase of the exam will continue today.
Meanwhile, the diplomatic headquarters in the country have been scandalized by what happened yesterday. The embassies themselves have monitored the process and have suspected that the process has been manipulated. Rakipi, through this maneuver, is introducing into the system the children of those who were dismissed from the veting, but also those who are related to politics.
For this reason, he received a firm ultimatum from the internationals for the test to be repeated. The USA, the EU, Germany, the Netherlands or London have worked hard to clean justice from the corruption and politics, but Rakipi has opened the doors to them and this constitutes a real scandal. The ambassadors are following what is happening with great attention and it is expected that there will be meetings. The internationals are determined not to allow any kind of maneuver, which seems to compromise the entire justice reform.

Arben Rakipi ankohet sikur e kanë shantazhuar kolegët... ndërsa ai shantazhon gjithë gjyqtarët e Republikes së Shqipërisë.. Ai është modeli i krimit mafioz i korruptuar ne sherbim te mafies ne pushtet, Arben Rakipi sherbetor i rames xhafes dhe engjell agacit qe sbashku kercnojne e shantazhojne gjyqtare duke i detyruar qe te marrin vendime ne mbrojtje te mafies e te korrupsionit ne qeveri: Ankohet se po e shantazhojne mafiozi Arben Rakipi i cili shantazhon shume gjyqtar ish student e studente te magjistratures, nga atje ku ai ka kapur shkollen e magjistratures me ndihmen e mafies Rama, ka kapur postin e drejtorit te shkolles se magjistratures dhe ka punsuar gjithe familjen e vet ne ate shkolle te larte shtetrore te Shqiperise, si gruan, kunaten, nipin, kushurinje, e djalin e vet qe i ka blere dhe ciflliqe ne Hollande dhe ben udhetime cdo jave me fondet e shkolles se Magjistratures per interesa private te familjes Rakipi. Ankohet se po e shantazhojne komunist Rakipi, nderkohe ai i urdheron gjyqtaret e gjykatave ne Tirane e rethe, qe te marin vendime gjyqsore sic ja do qefi Rakipit per te favorizuar te korruptuarit ne qeveri duke vjedhur miliarda Lek shtetit. e nese ata gjyqtar nuk pranojne ti binden, Rakipi i kercnon me shkarkime nga detyra por dhe me dhune e terror psikologjik me mesazhe te perditshme me celular si; 'suksese ne jete, ke mbaruar pune me ne, pac veten ne qafe, do ta psosh, nuk ke shanc qe te arrish dicka, do te me lutesh, e kemi zerin dhe pamjen tende,'( behet fjale per vidio qe ai u ka bere mafiozisht dhe neper ambjente ku ai i ka detyruar ti kete shpesh vajzat dhe grate magjistrate, me qellim per ti kercnuar me ato vidio nese ato nuk i binden nje dite). etj fjale mafiozesh qe ai ua ka derguar shpesh. Ankohet per shantazhe Rakipi, ndersa cdo nate grate e vajzat magjistrate qe nuk pranojne shantazhet e ti, ai i kercnon me telefonata anonime, nga zera qe flasin ne emer te ti, që i kercnojne me dhune se.x.ale si dhe me aksidente qe ata duan te ua krijojne, ndersa u thone me kercnim; 'me mire kthehu ke profi.... dhe bindju urdhrave te ti, ndryshe nuk e keni te gjate se qente do te u hane neper kanale'. Ai duhet debuar nga shkolla e Magjistratures menjehere me protesta te organizuara nga familjaret e gjyqtareve te Shqiperise, qe e ka kthyer ne prone private shkollen e magjistratures. Ai nuk duhet të ekzistoje me ne ate shkolle por te shkoje ne burg bashke me familjaret e vet qe i ka punsuar ne ate shkolle ne menyre abuzive mafioze anti ligjore. Ai primitiv pervers ua kercnon me shantazhe bijat gjyqtare te popullit shqiptar, me fjalë perdhunime si dhe me eleminime fizike, me mafien e ti te lidhur e mbrojtur nga Edi Rama me Manjanin, Xhafën e Agaçin e me qeverine mafioze, Ai duhet te arrestohet urgjent nga Spaku, pastaj qindra deshmitare vajza dhe gra do te deshmojne ne Spak pislliqet e ti ndaj vajzave studente, ku e si i ka keqtrajtuar dhunuar e përdhunuar bashkë me kolegët e vet. Ato viktima duhet të dëshmojnë për ta çliruar veten nga frika duke mos lejuar që të mbeten viktima të atij perversi as të kolegëve të ti si Artan Hajdari e të tjerë pedagog e profesor pervers si dhe politikan perversialist. Arben Rakipi është pervers që e ka vëndun në burg, si shumë pervers që kanë përdhunuar studente e kolege kudo dhe nëpër botë, që nga Hillivudi e në çdo institucion të botës, por dhe të Shqipërisë, ku ai pervers luan me jetët e tyre dhe kur ato janë në detyrë e i shantazhon që ti përdorë për si skllave për vendime korruptive por dhe ti mbajë të mvarura në haremet e ti gjithë jetën! Koha do flasë shumë, pasi ka qindra palë sy që kanë parë e veshë që kanë dëgjuar, por dhe ca që i kanë filmuar vetë ato skena e i shohin vidiot në grup. Ndaj ato gra e vajza duhet të dëshmojmë me guxim të hekurt sot kundër atij perversi dhe kolegëve të ti përdhunues që e kanë kthyer shkollen e magjistraturës në një harem konkubinash e çerdhe korrupsioni, bashkë me kolegët e ti.
