This morning, the police executed stop orders for the members of the Tender Commission for granting the sterilization concession.
The police have accompanied Klodian Rjepaj, the former deputy minister of health, Petro Mersini, the retired former head of the Hospital Directorate, Marsela Serani, a lawyer, Saimir Kadiu as a member of the Tender Commission, as well as Ilir Rrapaj, a businessman who is part of the concession, who have been searched for imprisonment.
Other members of the Tender Committee whose names are not yet known are also required to appear.
The sterilization tender has been under investigation for more than a year.
Yesterday evening, the police accompanied the businessman Ilir Rrapaj, who is part of this concession, because he did not appear to be questioned by the investigators.
The operation is ongoing.
