Journalist Klodiana Lala said that a report on a similar case, i.e. for not giving the full dose of medication, with the excuse that such a thing would take her life, was reported in November 2023 to the Ministry of Justice by a woman . Then the investigation started.
Meanwhile, according to journalist Lala, despite the fact that the Oncology doctors are only accused of abuse of duty, there are elements of murder or attempted murder.
She said that relatives of people who lost their lives from cancer and suspect that such a thing happened because the dose was not given in full were accused of murder or attempted murder.
It remains to be clarified how it is possible that the drugs that should be found only at the Oncology hospital were found in the nearby pharmacies, or the fact that no measures were taken even in a previous report, the KLSH highlighted the entry of contraband goods into the country.
