BKH agents have made surprise visits to many ministries, directorates and institutions, and many directors and officials have had their cell phones, computers or other digital devices seized.
In the SPAK annual report for the past year, obtained by Pamfleti , details are given on this investigation method. For the year 2023, the Forensic Sector received 345 expert decisions for 623 pieces of evidence in total, specifically 407 mobile phones, 76 computers, 19 DVRs and 121 other digital evidence (USB, memory cards, CD/DVD, etc.).
For 2022, 240 expert decisions have been received for expertise for 500 pieces of digital evidence, specifically 328 mobile phones, 59 computers, 11 DVRs and 102 other digital evidence (USB, memory cards, CD/DVD, etc.).

During 2023, 261 expert reports were carried out by experts in this sector, where 453 pieces of digital evidence were examined in total, specifically 321 mobile phones, 37 computers, 20 DVRs and 75 other digital evidence (such as hard drives, USBs, recorders, tablets, memory cards, CD/DVDs, etc.).
For 2022, 256 expert reports were carried out by experts in this sector, where a total of 423 pieces of digital evidence were examined, specifically 313 mobile phones, 40 computers, 7 DVRs and 63 other digital evidence (such as hard drives, USBs, recorders, tablets, memory cards, CD/DVDs, etc.).
As for 2021, this year the Expertise Sector has begun its activity, with the first expertization decisions beginning to be received in September.
For the period September-December 2021, 118 expert decisions for 174 mobile phones, 50 computers and 49 other electronic evidence (DVR, USB, CD/DVD, digital cameras/cameras, etc.) have been submitted to this sector for examination.
During the period September-December 2021, 35 expert reports were carried out.
