Journalist Artan Hoxha commented on the rejection that SPAK made to the "Xhafaj" Commission, which has for days begun a series of inspections in District Courts and Prosecutor's Offices, within the framework of inspecting the measures and their functioning.
Regarding SPAK's stance, which was interpreted as a "closing of the door" towards the Commission, Hoxha said that the Special Prosecution cannot be intimidated by politics as it has legal, physical and financial protection.
"SPAK just needs to have the persistence and will to go to the bottom of the issues when it finds violations. What the Government does is its business. We know how correct and how honestly Rama plays. When he sees that he is being criticized, he labels them," said Hoxha.
He said how the opposition and the majority use the situations with SPAK, how they care, when they want to they go to SPAK's door and protest, when they don't want to they say that SPAK should be defended because they are attacking them and not us.
"SPAK's task is to withstand these pressures, so they are there and protected.
"SPAK is not affected, SPAK prosecutors are physically, legally and financially the most protected in Albania," said Hoxha.
