SPAK has gone to the offices of AIDA, where it seized the procedure on which Artan Gaxhi, former MP of SP, and the husband of former minister Olta Xhaçka, was announced as a strategic investor, at the time when the decision was made.
Journalist Eni Ferhati said in the show "Now" that for the investigation of the case involving Jorgo Goro, SPAK has also gone to the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) and seized the entire file related to this case.
"SPAK went further by verifying what amount of money was paid for the purchase of the area of 5500 square meters that was seized by SPAK a few months ago. About 12 million and 700 thousand ALL, or in other words about 120 thousand euros, were paid for the purchase of this property.
What I can say is that as part of this criminal investigation by the Special Prosecutor's Office, SPAK went to the offices of AIDA, where the entire file was seized.
As it is known that this property obtained through a forged land acquisition deed, with forged documents, after selling it to Stavri Mëhillit, passed and was approved for strategic investments, where the legal representative of the interested firm turned out to be ex- the socialist deputy, Artan Gaçi and the husband of the former minister Olta Xhaçka" - said Eni Ferhati.
