Journalist Eni Ferhati, while speaking about the reporting of the head of SPAK in Parliament, said that he has information that a current Democratic Party MP is in the preliminary investigation phase, after a criminal report was filed against him.
" There is a specific criminal report in SPAK for a Democratic Party MP, who is in the preliminary investigation phase. He even asked Mr. Dumani questions today in parliament, but I will not mention names. It is not about Flamur Noka. It is about a specific report for an opposition MP ," said Ferhati.
The journalist added that, in addition to this case, several other cases have been registered at SPAK that are being investigated without specific names of people, but on the basis of criminal offenses.
" These issues may involve future MPs, both those who have been there before and those elected in the May 11 elections ," emphasized Ferhati, invited to the "Now with Erla Mëhillin" show on Euronews Albania.
He also pointed out that there are other files in SPAK that the head of the institution, Altin Dumani, was not asked about during his reporting to Parliament.
" Maybe the opposition part was not interested in asking about these issues ," Ferhati added.
