The Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, has reacted through a post on social networks to the situation, calling on citizens to leave their homes only for essential reasons.
" Since 2 hours, the entire territory of Shkodër Municipality has been engulfed by weather with high intensity rain and strong winds.
As a result, water is present in some road segments in the city and village.
The water supply and enterprise groups of Shkodër Municipality are on the ground to monitor the situation and come to the aid of the residents.
We appeal to you to avoid leaving your home during these hours, only for essential reasons.
For any problem, our groups are on the ground and for any emergency, contact the number 128 ", writes Beci.
