The brother of the murdered boxer, Besar Nimani, Berati, has denied any involvement in Wednesday's incident near the Bielefeld courthouse, where four people were injured.
In a statement to the German newspaper 'Bild', he stressed that his family has lived in constant anxiety since March of last year, when Besari was executed with 16 bullets.
However, some participants in the court session noticed that Berat and his sister left the courtroom before the end of the trial.
Also, according to the testimonies of several people at the scene, the pair were seen leaving in a black car immediately after the incident.
Therefore, investigations have begun under suspicion that Berat and his sister were involved in the injury of four people, WDR reports.

But his lawyer, Peter Wuller, has stressed that his client denies any involvement in this event and is ready to surrender in the coming days.
'I had several conversations with Mr. Nimani immediately after the incident in broad daylight in Bielefeld. He asked me to represent him legally. The situation is still unclear,' Wuller stated.
'After I have a full picture of the case and consult with the prosecutor, my client will present himself to the police and surrender.'
He added: 'Berat Nimani assures me of his innocence and claims he has nothing to do with the shooting outside the courthouse.'
